Prescription for Wealth: Real Estate Investing for Healthcare Professionals

This program is designed to provide healthcare professionals with a practical insight into real estate as a potential component of long-term financial planning. It examines real estate as a viable strategy for building financial security beyond professional income, personal savings, and conventional retirement instruments. The program introduces participants to the role of property in wealth preservation and accumulation, while also surveying common real estate investment opportunities in the Philippines, including foreclosed properties, rental investments, leasing arrangements, and small-scale build-and-sell projects. It further considers how different investment approaches may be evaluated in relation to individual budget, available time, risk tolerance, and family objectives. In addition, the program addresses the development of a realistic investment plan, the interpretation of basic property finance, and the careful assessment of initial opportunities through proper property evaluation and engagement with relevant professionals, including brokers, lawyers, accountants, contractors, and property managers.
