Terms of Use
By accessing or using the website, learning management system (LMS), online courses, CPD bundles, and related services of Accelerate Integrated Solutions Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our") (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and will take effect upon posting unless a later date is stated. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated Terms.
- Legal Capacity
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. If you are below 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you register or transact on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. - Description of Services; No Guaranteed Outcomes
The Company provides professional training, CPD programs, online educational courses, assessments, and related learning materials.
Course completion does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, or automatic recognition by any regulatory body unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. Users are responsible for verifying acceptance/accreditation with relevant authorities (e.g., PRC, DOLE, CSC), as applicable. - Account Registration and Responsibility
Some Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate and updated information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the platform, other users, or our rights. - Payments and Fees
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless stated otherwise. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be completed before access is granted.
We may correct pricing errors, update pricing, and end promotions, subject to applicable law. Payments may be processed by third-party providers; the Company does not store full credit/debit card details on its servers. - Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are governed by the Company's Refund Policy and applicable Philippine consumer laws.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy: refunds are generally not available once LMS/course access has started (e.g., access issued or content unlocked); and/or once a certificate/CPD documentation has been issued. Bundles and promotions may have additional refund conditions disclosed at purchase. - Intellectual Property
All content available through the Services (text, videos, modules, assessments, trademarks, and branding) is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works without the Company's prior written consent, except as allowed by law. - Prohibited Conduct
You must not: attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or disruption of the platform; introduce malware or exploit vulnerabilities; misrepresent identity or credentials; submit fraudulent attendance or assessment results; or use the Services to violate applicable Philippine laws (including laws on cybercrime). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. - Suspension/Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose security risks, or misuse the Services. Where termination is for cause, fees are generally non-refundable, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law. - Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific professional outcomes. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. The Company's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course/service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law. - Data Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its IRR, and as described in our Privacy Policy. Processing must be fair, lawful, transparent, and limited to what is necessary. - Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, power interruptions, internet outages, government actions, public emergencies). - Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Any action shall be filed in the proper courts of Dasmarinas City, Cavite, to the exclusion of other venues, unless the law requires otherwise.

- Commitment to Information Security
We implement organizational, physical, and technical safeguards to protect personal data and reduce risks of accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or unauthorized access. Safeguards are proportionate to the nature of the data processed and the risks involved. - Organizational Safeguards
We designate a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or accountable compliance personnel. Personnel with access to personal data are bound by confidentiality and receive privacy/security training. Access is limited on a need-to-know basis and revoked promptly upon separation. - Technical Safeguards
We use reasonable measures such as secure hosting, encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), firewall protection, monitoring/logging, and regular updates/patching. Access to systems containing personal data is restricted to authorized personnel with legitimate business purposes. - Payment Protection
Online payments are processed through reputable third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit/debit card details on Company servers. - Data Retention and Secure Disposal

Users should safeguard credentials, use secure connections, and report suspicious activity promptly. The Company is not responsible for breaches primarily caused by user negligence, subject to applicable law.
