These measures are proportionate to the nature of the information processed and the risks involved.

Technical Safeguards

The Company utilizes secure hosting infrastructure, encrypted data transmission through SSL or TLS protocols, firewall protection, system monitoring tools, and regular software updates to mitigate security risks. Access to systems containing personal data is restricted to authorized personnel with legitimate business purposes.

Payment Protection

Online payments are processed through reputable third-party payment gateways that comply with applicable Philippine financial regulations and industry security standards. The Company does not store full credit or debit card details on its servers.

Organizational Safeguards

Personnel with access to personal data are required to observe confidentiality obligations and undergo data privacy awareness training. Access to sensitive information is granted strictly on a need-to-know basis and revoked promptly upon termination of employment or contractual engagement.

Data Retention and Disposal

User Responsibility

Users are expected to safeguard their login credentials, use secure internet connections, and immediately report suspected unauthorized access. The Company shall not be liable for security breaches resulting from user negligence.
