    Data you provide: full name; email; phone; address; professional details (e.g., profession, employer, PRC/license number if applicable); training records (attendance, submissions, assessment results, completion status); and billing information (note: full card details are handled by payment processors).

    Data collected automatically: IP address; browser/device details; pages visited; date/time; referrer URLs; and cookies and analytics data.

    We process personal data for purposes including: account creation and LMS access; enrollment, training delivery, learner support, and certification/CPD documentation; verification of identity/professional credentials where required; compliance with lawful requests and regulatory reporting obligations; payments, accounting, and audit; platform security, fraud prevention, and service improvement; and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.

    Depending on context, processing may be based on consent, contract performance, legal obligation, public authority functions, or legitimate interests.
