Bridging the Gap: Telehealth, and the Future of Remote Patient Monitoring in Public Health

This online learning program is designed to equip nurses with advanced knowledge and effectively integrate telehealth and remote patient monitoring (RPM) into nursing practice, enhancing healthcare delivery in public health settings. Participants will explore the evolution, benefits, and key technologies behind telehealth and RPM, and understand their vital role in improving patient access to care, managing chronic diseases, and supporting mental health. Through case studies, particularly in rural and underserved areas, nurses will learn how telehealth and RPM can reduce healthcare costs and improve patient outcomes.
