The program is designed for healthcare professionals who practice as consultants, run a private practice, or manage their own clinics, who seek to better understand the business aspects of their profession. While clinical expertise remains the foundation of healthcare, successfully sustaining and growing a practice also requires sound business knowledge. This program walks participants through key topics such as choosing the right business structure, navigating government registrations and permits, understanding tax obligations and BIR compliance, and establishing proper accounting and record-keeping systems. In addition, the course will help practitioners avoid common administrative and compliance challenges while strengthening their ability to manage and grow a well-run, financially responsible healthcare practice.
