Measure, Manage, Improve: Environmental Management Systems for Engineers

This program provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of environmental safety and management in the construction industry. It covers common environmental health hazards in construction and highlights the importance of work environment measurement in recognizing and controlling risks that may affect workers, nearby communities, and the environment. It also introduces the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, including environmental statistics, environmental components and receptors affected by organizational activities, and Clauses 4 to 10 covering context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement. Overall, the program helps strengthen safer work practices, improve environmental responsibility, support compliance with standards, and promote more sustainable construction operations.
